What a session...The conditions were as good as they get at Borth. A solid 4-foot swell, with some bigger sets, glorious sunshine and no wind. The waves were peeling nicely with a lefthander peeling from the point all the way to the slipway and a righthander breaking just off the first groyne.

There was nonone else out when I got there and I had a brilliant hour or so, all on my own catching dozens of beautiful waves. Mainly left-handers, but a few nice right-handers too. The left-handers were the better wave, but I'm better on right-handers, so preferred them if they looked like they'd line up nicely.

After an hour or so a couple more peopl came out to join me and the size of the surf started to drop a bit. I stayed out for another hour or so, but in the end got too cold and just had to reluctantly get out of the water.
I probably should have used my bigger board really as well, but I like my fish and it performd OK in the biggish waves.
